Custom-orders:

When a buyer has confirmed a custom-order verbally or in writing, it is requested to pay the full amount upfront to initiate the design process.

There is no exchange or refund on customised jewellery. The customer should also inspect the jewellery closely when received to acknowledge the state and condition of the piece. The Society retains ownership of all design work and for marketing material purposes.

Shipping

Currently our market is focused on Hong Kong, so regretfully we are unable to provide international shipping as of yet. Courier shipping within Hong Kong may be charged at an extra cost. All prices will be confirmed before payment.

Care

All diamond and gemstone jewellery should be treated preciously. Gold and platinum are soft metals and can be damaged by knocks and blows and should be considered as delicate and fragile, and we remind the customer to keep the jewellery in good condition, especially pieces worn on hands and wrists, which naturally will be bumped into surfaces.

Use liquid and a soft brush to clean.. It is highly advised to keep unworn jewellery in a soft pouch to avoid loss or damage to the jewellery.

Repair

The Society will provide repair upon any manufacturing defects up to one year after purchase. The jewellery must be returned to The Society for inspection by our jewellers to assess if the issue is a manufacturing fault or caused by damage.

Resize

Upon purchase, we will provide one complimentary resize for rings that have been designed and crafted by The Society and must be done within one year of purchase.

We do not resize jewellery that is not purchased through The Society.
Damage to diamond jewellery can naturally occur, and we will gladly offer to do any repairs on jewellery bought at The Society at a minimum cost.
All merchandise is intended for personal use only, not for resale.

Return policy

Bespoke pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

We respect your privacy and any personal information you provide us or your purchase details will never be shared to others, and you are not added to any mailing lists without your knowledge

Terms and conditions:

The gift certificate is valid for one year from the date of purchase and has no refund. The custom jewellery is not refundable and not exchangeable. If the value of the custom jewellery exceeds the gift certificate, the customer will be required to pay the difference. If the value of the custom jewellery is less than the gift certificate, the customer will not receive a reimbursement for the difference. The gift certificate cannot be redeemed for cash.
